A scarf made from natural fibres from north-west Argentina. It is machine-woven and finished by hand.
With its flannel look, our scarf is the ideal companion for the colder seasons.
Animal welfare, a transparent supply chain and social commitment are at the heart of our work.
The llama wool is obtained by hand shearing, which fully respects the animal and does not harm it. The animals live in the wild in a way that suits their species (this is part of the culture in these regions of the Andes). This is how we ensure animal welfare.
Our supplier is a certified B Corp company that works with the well-known Warmi Sayajsunqo Association, active in the Puna communities of north-west Argentina, where llamas are kept by producers with scarce economic and natural resources. The Association buys the fibre directly from the producers under fair-trade conditions, and the profits from the textiles sold are used to fund health, resource management, craft and education projects.
Warm – tender – robust – environmentally friendly
This noble, high-quality product will accompany you for many years. Thanks to its high llama fibre content, it is hypoallergenic, warm and robust, with excellent insulating and temperature-regulating properties. In addition, natural llama fibre is antibacterial: bacteria cannot multiply on its surface and die off. Finally, llama fibre is biodegradable.
