SHIPPING COSTS

For orders of €99 or more delivered to mainland Spain, TASHAY covers the shipping costs. Otherwise, the shipping cost is €5.99.

Free shipping outside mainland Spain: for orders of €150 or more delivered to any destination in Zone 1 or Zone 2 (including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), TASHAY covers the shipping costs.

The following shipping costs currently apply to these destinations:

ZONE 1: Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Portugal, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Andorra, San Marino, Hungary, Vatican City, Bulgaria, Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Shipping cost: €9.99

ZONE 2: Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Cyprus, Sweden, Bosnia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland.
Shipping cost: €14.99

For all other countries, please contact us. We will be happy to provide you with a personalised delivery quote.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as outside the European Union, customs clearance fees, import taxes and duties may apply, which the recipient will need to pay. These costs depend on the product, price, size and weight of the shipment and will be billed directly to the recipient by the Correos parcel service.

SHIPPING COMPANY AND DELIVERY TIME

We ship our parcels with Correos' standard service. All parcels are dispatched insured within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. A tracking number will be sent to you by email straight away.

RETURNS

At TASHAY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have received, you can return them within 30 days. Return postage is paid by the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return shipment arrives in perfect condition. To protect the items, we recommend returning them in their original packaging where possible (see our cancellation policy for details).
