GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is exclusively aimed at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activities. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activities when concluding a transaction.

By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

For orders over €99 within the Iberian Peninsula, Portugal, and the Balearic Islands, TASHAY covers the shipping costs. Otherwise, the shipping cost is €5.99.

For the following European destinations, the current shipping costs are as follows:

ZONE 1: Canary Islands, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Andorra, San Marino, Hungary, Vatican City, Bulgaria, Portugal, Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia.

Shipping Cost: €9.99

ZONE 2: Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Cyprus, Sweden, Bosnia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland.

Shipping Cost: €14.99

For all other countries, please contact us. We will be happy to provide you with a personalized delivery quote.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs clearance fees, import taxes, and duties may apply, which the recipient will need to pay. These costs will be determined based on the product, price, size, and weight of the shipment and will be billed directly to the recipient by SEUR parcel service.

PAYMENT

In our store, you generally have the following payment methods available:

Credit Card: During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

PayPal: To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the order process.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered PayPal customers according to their criteria. However, we have no influence on the offer of these methods; the additional payment methods offered individually affect your legal relationship with PayPal. LIABILITY

We, our legal representatives, or agents are always liable without limitation for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in the event of injury to life, body, or health, in the case of intentional or gross negligence, in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or as far as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, whose fulfillment allows the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the other party regularly relies (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives, or agents, the liability is limited to the foreseeable damage at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. In all other cases, claims for damages are excluded.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
