Your Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason. This period begins from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (who is not the carrier), receive the items.

Meeting the Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 30-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you decide to withdraw, we will refund all payments you have made, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a delivery method different from the standard one). The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase unless you have agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

Please return the items without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw. We will consider the deadline met if you send back the items before the 30-day period has expired.

Please note that you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
