XL scarf made from natural fibres from north-west Argentina. It is machine-woven and finished by hand.
With hand-knotted fringes, it is the ideal companion for warmer seasons, worn over the shoulders, over a blouse or tied around the neck.

TASHAY cares about the environment

We work with certified companies and artisans, setting the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and corporate responsibility.

Cotton is a plant fibre. For our Iris scarf it comes from the Argentine provinces of Chaco (50%), Formosa, Santiago del Estero and northern Santa Fe, and is grown by small farmers.

The whole extraction process is done by hand in Argentina. Only 30% of the cotton fibre can be used for textiles; the rest is seeds and impurities.

Light – skin-friendly – durable – very heat-resistant

Cotton is also highly absorbent, elastic, pure and hypoallergenic. It is used to create comfortable, breathable textiles with a wide range of uses.

100% cotton

Tip: It is better to ventilate once more than to wash. Cotton is naturally stain resistant and self-cleaning to some extent. Simply leave this product outdoors overnight. This allows the fibers to regain their natural moisture.

Cleaning
Hand wash:
This is the recommended method for washing our cotton products. It is important to remember that it can shrink when the temperature changes underwater, so we recommend using room temperature water and white or delicate curd soap (preferably organic).

Storage:
It is important to ensure that the garment is completely dry before storing it and that it is also protected from moths. Dried lavender packets can be helpful. We do not recommend the use of mothballs.
