Warm rib-knit hat made from certified Wildlife Friendly Merino wool from Patagonia. Unisex, it can be worn by everyone. It has several possible uses, either fold the cuff up (once or twice) or fold down the cuff, so our beanie looks casual and cozy.

Fineness from Patagonia

Our pure merino wool hat comes from the Valdés Peninsula, Patagonia, Argentina. Our certified Wildlife Friendly™ wool is fully traceable due to responsible standards that consider the sustainable use of grasslands in coexistence with native herbivores.

In this wild, cold and uninhabited region, Merino sheep herds graze freely and undisturbed, have a healthy and natural diet and are sheared regularly (between October and November). As a result, they are regarded for their fiber, which is considered to be one of the finest and noblest in the world. Out of love for animals, our Merino wool is mulesing-free wool.

Environmentally friendly - Soft - Warm - Breathable - Dirt-repellent

The Merino wool comes exclusively from the selected fibers of our best Merino breed animals in Peninsula Valdes. Every single step of the process (from raising the animals to spinning) follows a strict procedure with a specific protocol to ensure not only the quality of our products, but also the way we obtain and then design them.

This merino wool is characterized by its softness and at the same time its warmth. Thanks to its insulating properties, it keeps you warm in winter and is odorless throughout the days. Finally - due to its unique fiber structure - Merino wool has self-cleaning properties. This means that frequent washing is unnecessary.

100% Merino wool

It's better to air it out more than to wash it. Simply leave this product outside in the fresh air overnight. This allows the fibers to regain their natural moisture.

cleaning
Hand wash:
It is important to remember that wool can shrink under water due to temperature fluctuations, so we recommend using room temperature water and white or delicate curd soap (preferably organic).

dry
It is best to let the product rest on a towel and bed to avoid deformation and then let it dry in a dry environment or outdoors but away from direct sunlight.

storage
It is important to ensure that the product is completely dry before storage and that it is also protected against moths. Dried lavender packs may be useful. We advise against using mothballs.
