The poncho is the most important artisanal product of the Latin American continent, with processes and techniques transmitted from generation to generation. Its beauty has become so important that it can now be worn all over the world. During production, our poncho is machine woven and the fringes are processed by hand.
We defend the sustainability and socioeconomic development of South America.
The products manufactured by TASHAY are 100% sustainable, as they are made exclusively from natural fibers, so the environmental impact is well below industry standards. Cotton cultivation in the region will be carried out by small farmers and only safe tools will be used.
The cotton is purchased directly by the Warmi Sayajsunqo Association of northwestern Argentina under fair trade conditions, and from the profits from the textiles sold, the funds are used by the community to finance health projects, resource management, crafts and education. In this way, we support thousands of families and many small businesses.
Lightweight – Skin-friendly – Durable – Very heat resistant
The properties of cotton are high elasticity, skin-friendly and scratch-free. In addition, this fiber is durable, elastic and optimal for the warmer seasons.
