Scarf made with natural fibers from northwest Argentina. During production, the scarf is machine knitted and processed by hand.
Our flannel-look scarf is the ideal companion for the colder seasons.
Our supplier is a certified "B Corp" company, which in turn cooperates with the renowned Warmi Sayajsunqo Association, which operates in the Puna communities of northwest Argentina, where llamas are maintained by producers with limited economic and natural resources. The fibers from the producers are purchased directly by the Association under fair trade conditions and from the profits from the textiles sold, the funds are used by the municipality to finance health projects, resource management, crafts and education.
Animal welfare, supply chain transparency and social commitment are at the center of our work.
The wool from the llamas is obtained through a manual shearing process that fully respects the animal and does not harm it. Animals are kept in the wild in a manner appropriate to their species (this is part of the culture in these regions of the Andes). In this way, we ensure animal welfare.
